Kobus Burger Attorneys was established in 2019 as an attorney’s firm specialising in liquor.
Our area of expertise includes the retail sector (liquor for consumption) as well as the wholesale sector (liquor for resale, including the manufacturing and distribution of liquor in terms of the Liquor Act, Act 59 of 2003).
We operate nationally, meaning we deal with and can assist anyone with liquor applications and related matters, which is important as each of the provinces’ (barring Limpopo and Northwest, who’s liquor boards still function in terms of the Liquor Act, Act 27 of 1989) liquor authorities and industries are administered and organised in terms of their own liquor acts.
